The association’s physical assets are securely stored/ vaulted. It includes the following¹: professional storage, especially humidity control, care, possible repairs, maintenance, taxes and insurance, security measures against damage and theft.

The NFTs representing a collection are vaulted on the blockchain, fractionalized. All fractions together sum up to the whole NFT/ physical collection, and by handing over all fractions, one can receive the physical assets. (cf. buyout, how it works).

All this comes with a certain price which we call curator fee: with this fee we try to cover all costs described above plus rent cost.
